All items are sold as seen. Please make sure you are happy with your purchases before you check-out at our tills as no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Card payments only. We do not accept cash payments.
Orders will need to be collected, same-day or you will need to book a collection timeslot between 9am – 6pm between 25th – 27th May.
Any items that are purchased for collection on 25 – 27th May must be collected within the allocated timeslot. If you do not collect your order, your order will be cancelled, and you will be charged 25% of the items total.
Alternatively, if using the onsite Delivery Partner, your delivery will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Delivery Partner. Showcase and Neptune are not responsible for delivery of any orders purchased at this event.
